How Workbench levels unlock
The Workbench has three levels, each unlocking more recipes. Higher levels come from progressing the main story — if a recipe listed here is missing in your game, keep exploring: recipes quietly unlock when you first pick up a related resource or item.
Bullets and ballistic tiers
Guns need both bullets and gunpowder. Bullets craft cheaply at the Workbench in three tiers — Stone, Copper, and Iron — and the tier sets the damage. Gunpowder is the harder half: see the gunpowder page for looting spots and the full crafting chain.
